CONTINUING on.

This week I began working on research assessment number three. The article really piqued my interest since it concentrated on the future availability of various medical careers focused on interpreting images. This article also allowed me to ask myself questions regarding radiology; I can also ask radiologists about their opinions on artificial intelligence and how it impacts physicians now and how it may impact them in the future where artificial intelligence will definitely become more pertinent. I could tell you more about this compelling article, now, but you'll just have to wait until it is published on my website on Friday.

I've also begun developing my contact list as well as practicing cold calls and interviews. I have found quite a few radiologists that I am quite excited to be able to meet and talk to in the upcoming weeks. I am still not sure what specialized radiologist I would like to mentee under, so I plan on talking with multiple specialized radiologists to better understand specialties along with conducting more research on various specialties.

Additionally, I have started creating my professional portfolio and developing its aesthetics. I'm excited to see how it will turn out by final presentation night.

Furthermore, I edited my resume for ISM, so it would better highlight my healthcare experiences. In doing so, I realized that I could take my whole project one step further by entwining similar aesthetic elements across my digital portfolio, professional portfolio, resume, and my future poster board. The biggest struggle with this was that the font on my website was not available on Google Docs. Since the font went well with my website and theme, I decided to keep it the same, but I still wanted it to be weaved throughout my professional portfolio. In order to do this, I had to create the element on my website with the available font, then capture my screen and create pages on google docs. Albeit, it was tedious at times (and honestly, quite frustrating), I am really pleased with how my professional portfolio and website align.
